Return policy: We will accept and refund products for return within 45 days of the purchase date.
Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returned products. We do not accept returns without an RMA. Please include all contents of the product package and a copy of your sales receipt. You will need to cover the cost of shipping of the returning products. Please use a shipping company, such as UPS or FedEx, which can track packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Once your return has been received and processed, we will issue a refund check or credit your account (for credit card transactions) for the amount of your purchase. Credits usually require 3 weeks to process after receipt of returned merchandise.
